I started with a 8"x5.5" board. Next the door opening is drawn on using a door template. Then one vertical and two horizontal grooves are Routed on the Router table using a V-groove bit.
A Roundover bit is used on the frontsides then the doorway is cut on the Bandsaw.
Sanding Primer and Paint and were almost ready to make the Doors.
First though a Rabbeting bit is used to cut a Rabbet edge so the door will fit flush with the back of the door opening. Then the door is cut out of Plexiglass. I use a Plexiglass knife to mark out the details in the front of the door.
The V-groove bit again is used to cut out the details.
After the second door is Routed.
Sanding Primer and Paint complete the Doors.
