The base of the tri bracket is made from a single blank. I made a jig to hold the board at the proper angle on the floor mounted drill press and drilled the holes with a Forstner bit.

PVC pipe is used for the back bone.
The individual caps for the top of the bracket are layed out on a single blank and the opposing holes are drilled.

The caps are cut on the Miter Saw with the bottoms round cut on the Bandsaw then rough sanded on the disc sander.
The front edges are cut at a 45 degree angle on the Router Table then the PVC pipes are mounted into the caps.
A back board is dimensioned then primed.
Holes are then layed out and predrilled to mount the caps to the shelf.
A strip of molding is made to mount the shelf base to the back board.

The tri bracket and back board are painted before final assembly then holes are marked and predrilled for mounting.
