 The Making of..

cantina

When designing the Plumbing it's best to do so when the base is still in primer.

After laying out the Vessels in there appoximate locations the first spot for a return hole is marked and drilled. Then a mark is made for the bending point.

Measuring and using a sleave or taping the drill bit for depth is a good way not to make unwanted through holes.

The bend are made with a hammer on a Vise. After the first bend the wire is remeasured for the second bend then trimmed to length.

The next Vessel is done the same way. Alternate heights and angles leaving extra room in the beginning for filling in as you add Vessels.

Connecting two is just a matter of experimenting with measuring and bending.

The end results turned out well. It's ready to dismantel for final painting.
