A round front on the shelf is drawn with a compass.

After Boring a 2 1/8" Hole using a Forstner bit a Rabbet edge is Routed for the Pedestal.

The Shelf is cut to length on the band saw and shape Sanded.

The back board is measured for height and a Dado is cut on the Router Table to accept the Shelf.

A Christmas Tree Pattern is layed out and the bottom of the back board is rounded to match the shelf then cut out on the Bandsaw.

Icicles are cut out of Luan and Brad Nailed under the Shelf. A Hanger hole is drilled with a 3/8" bit  and a hole for a set Screw before attaching the shelf with a pair of screws.

I decided to cut a slot using the spindal sander luckily before primer and paint for access to the Light button.
