The original plan for the Mini Shelf was for two computers with operators but any way I configured them they looked cramped.

So I made a plan B. One Operator with one large Computer configured in an "L" shape design.
It start with the base. I used only glue here since it would have mechanical fasteners to the top.

After dimensioning a couple of boards I figured the angles. Instead of cutting them I hot glued the boards to two scraps of plexiglass to set them at an angle and ran them through the Planer.

Using the Compound Miter Saw angles were cut on the bottom portion of the computer. The pieces are Brad nailed to the top. I did it this way instead of glue for speed since I wanted to move on to the next step. A move I would regret later.

Recess holes are driller in the bottom of the base using a Forstner bit. Then pilot holes are drilled for the inch and a half screws that are driven though all three layers.
The backs are evened up and rough sanded on the Disc Sander and the final side lengths are marked and cut.

NOTE: Remember those brad nails I used to hold the bottom half to the top? I didn't.
Here's what happens when you don't take note of inbedded nails or screws. My first thoughts were "NOT GOOD" when the sparks started flying as I made this cut !!
After using Wood Putty (my best friend) to cover my mistake it is finish sanded before Primer and Painting.

Last Photoshop Decals are added...ENJOY !!!
